A Family Legacy in Human Services

Faith’s connection to behavioral health and human services is also rooted in her family’s history of owning and operating community-based programs, including group homes, assisted living facilities, day schools, and other supportive service organizations.

Growing up with close exposure to program ownership, direct service, staffing, operations, and community care helped shape her understanding of the responsibility required to build services that are sustainable, responsive, and centered on the people they serve.

This foundation complements her own work in behavioral health consulting, youth program development, direct care, curriculum design, and human services strategy.

Note: the programs referenced above were owned and operated by Faith’s family. Faith’s own professional experience is described in her credentials and ventures.

Vision

The Larger Vision

Faith’s long-term vision is to build and scale programs, institutions, intellectual property, and creative brands that transform how adolescents and women experience identity, mental wellness, support, and self-expression.

Through the continued development of the Self-Worth Systems Model™, evidence-informed youth programming, behavioral health services, residential programs, thought leadership, and luxury fashion, she is building a multidisciplinary body of work designed for lasting impact.

“I am building more than businesses. I am building systems and experiences that help people recognize their worth and imagine what is possible for their lives.”
